Shipping Policy – Fixnix

Welcome to Fixnix. We aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and fast delivery experience for all our customers across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customers may receive an order confirmation call or message before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier service availability.

Major Cities

(Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.)

  • Delivery within 2–4 working days

Other Cities & Remote Areas

  • Delivery within 4–7 working days

Please note that unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays may occur.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are applied at checkout based on your location.
  • Occasionally, Fixnix may offer Free Shipping Promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Fixnix offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Your contact number is active
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address

Repeated fake or cancelled orders may result in COD service restrictions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You may receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
  • Customers can track their parcel through the courier company’s tracking system

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually make 2 delivery attempts.

If the parcel remains undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable

The order may be cancelled automatically.


Damaged or Open Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the parcel
  • Contact Fixnix customer support immediately with photos/videos for assistance

Wrong Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address
  • Accurate contact information

Fixnix will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.


International Shipping

Currently, Fixnix only delivers within Pakistan.


Delayed Deliveries

While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Political situations
  • Courier operational issues
